Explanation PFAS test kit for eggs
Within a few days after ordering, you will receive from us a special package for break-proof transport of eggs in which you need to place 10 chicken eggs. You then send this to the laboratory of Normec Groen Agro Control. Your eggs are analyzed and within 10 working days you will receive the results by email.
The PFAS test is suitable for various eggs: chicken eggs, duck eggs, lapwing eggs, goose eggs, quail eggs, or other types of eggs.
In the test kit that we send, we ask you to return 10 eggs. For a reliable analysis, about 250 ml of egg white is needed. The eggs are broken and combined into one homogeneous substance, which is then tested.
Due to the high demand, the delivery and analysis of the test kit may take a little longer than usual. We are doing everything we can to process your order as quickly as possible and thank you for your patience.

The data we collected is included in the analysis of the RIVM for their research on PFAS in eggs. The report with the results will be published this spring.
